Product Description

The PE sintered vacuum feeder filter cartridge is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene raw material through sintering.Formed via scientific formula sintering, it features a compact structure, solid yet lightweight build, and can withstand highfiltration pressure. The inner and outer pore sizes of the filter cartridge are consistent, enabling easy back-blowing for slagremoval, and it has excellent corrosion resistance to acid and alkali solvents.

It is mainly used for dust interception in feeders and suction machines. Precision options range from 0.5 to 10μm, with excellent filtration effects. For some specifications, a stainless steel rod connects the joints on both sides to enhance stability.It has evenly distributed pores, good resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and mechanical stress, as well as high resistance to organic solvent erosion. Automatic or manual backwashing can be used for slag removal; solid particles can be recovered via dry slag discharge. The filter cartridge does not need frequent replacement, resulting in low operating costs.
