Copper powder sintered filters are fabricated via a one-step high-temperature sintering process using high-purity copper alloy powder, enabling high material efficiency and customizable complex shapes (e.g., tubes, plates). Their interconnected tortuous pore channels, formed by graded spherical powder and stabilized during sintering, ensure uniform porosity (35-45%) with filtration precision from 5-100μm (extendable to 0.22μm). Combining robust mechanical strength (2MPa compressive strength), heat resistance (300°C standard; 600°C treated), corrosion/oxidation resistance, and high permeability, these filters operate reliably in high-pressure, high-flow environments without external support, ideal for industrial fluid purification and gas separation.
