Sintered Porous plastic Filter cartridge Introduction:

Self-sealing Suction Canister Filters:
Self-sealing suction canister filter is a kind of hydrophobic sintered porous PE filter element. The auto sealing suction filter acts like a valve, when fluid touch it, it will automatically and instantly shut off airflow from the collection canister.  

The self-sealing filter valves are widely installed in hos/pital waste fluid collecting bottles, and waste fluid collecting bags which are used in hos-pital to collect waste fluid from patients who are performing sur-gical operations. The suction canister filters can filter the air and protect the hos-pital central vacuum system lines from contaminants. The auto-sealing suction filters can also make the operations safer adn more smoothly.

Porous filter frits for pipette tips:
The sintered porous filters for pipette tips are made of UHMW-PE, these hydrophobic filter elements provide aerosol barriers for pipette tips, prevent any fluids and liquid vapors from reaching the internal components of the pipette, prevent samples from cross-contamination, protect operators and pipettes. We provide standard and customized filter frits for pipette tips of 20μl, 50μl, 100μl, 120μl, 200μl, 300μl, 500μl, 1000μl, 1200μl, 5000μl and 10ml, also provide the direct replaceable filters for pipette. Both common pipette filters and self-sealing pipette filters are available.
