Metal sintered cartridge is a high-performance porous filter element made of metal powder (such as stainless steel, titanium, nickel-based alloys, etc.) or multi-layer metal mesh through cold isostatic pressure molding, high-temperature vacuum sintering and welding process. Its internal pore structure is uniform and controllable, by adjusting the size of the powder particles and process parameters, can achieve 0.2 ~ 100 micron precision filtration accuracy. Compared with traditional non-metallic filter element, metal sintered filter element has higher mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and reusability.
1. High strength and stability:
Adopting multi-layer metal mesh or powder sintered structure, high compressive strength, can withstand 0.8MPa differential pressure, strong impact resistance and alternating load capacity.
Stable shape, not easy to be deformed in long-term use.
2. Precision filtration performance:
Uniform pore distribution, wide range of filtration precision (0.2~100 micron), low filtration resistance, high penetration efficiency, can effectively intercept solid particles of impurities in liquid or gas.
3. Resistant to extreme environment:
Excellent high temperature resistance (generally can be used normally below 280 degrees), suitable for high temperature gas or liquid filtration.
4. Strong corrosion resistance, can withstand acid and alkali, organic solvents and oxidizing media.
5. Easy regeneration and long life:
Supporting backblowing or backwashing, it can be reused after removing the surface filter cake, which significantly reduces the maintenance cost.
No particle shedding, in line with the pharmaceutical, food and other industry health standards.
6. Good molding process, the overall length without welding up to 1000 mm.
